100% jail. Sovereign Citizens tend to enjoy the benefit of judges thinking they are psychotic. They're tolerated because they act like they are in mental health crisis, so they get to take up a lot of oxygen in the courtroom, which makes it look to other Sovereign Citizens that they are somehow "winning the argument." But yeah, they just get jailed.
