As a(nother) trans-baltic connection (this time a data cable between Sweden & Latvia) is cut, I think its safe to say a pattern of disruption & damage is evident in the Baltic
The Russians will of course deny any link to the series of disruptions, but really its hard to see who else would benefit from, or sponsor such attacks.
Russia's friends, of course, will claim 'false-flags' trying to discredit Russia, but it looks like a play right out of Putin's disruption playbook!
