I am proposing that the full right to vote at place of residency should be a non-negotiable part of EU freedoms, yes. Not the current situation where I can vote on local and EU parliament but not on national/federal parliament. That obviously means that when I decide to vote at my place of residency, I must give up the right to vote in my home country. One person, one vote. The regulations/mechanics for that are actually in place for EU parliament voting.
