People really need to understand what proportional means. Yes women have been involved in the sexual abuse of children in a nursery setting. Often at the behest of a man. But women make up the overwhelming majority of nursery workers, males, a fraction. The percentage of female nursery workers who have sexually abused children is tiny compared to the female workforce. The same cannot be said of male nursery workers. More males sexually abuse children. The more males you invite in, the higher the offending pattern will be.
