Yeah, Nostr is somewhat interesting because it's trying to be kind of like Twister was back in the day, or Odysee/LBRY more recently: fully decentralized to some degree. It's much more open than BSky is.
However, there's just two problems: not many people use it and those who do are either cryptobros shilling their stuff, or are "on the registry".
