I live in Bristol. Around 90 minutes on a train to central London.
In the past, some of my London-based friends would refuse to come to visit Bristol, because it was "too far".
Yet somehow they expected me to go and visit them. 🤣
It's really that Londoners think that the whole world exists within London and don't want to stretch outside their cozy bubble.
