How can you have freedom of expression without having freedom of finance?
Publishing a news paper or podcast are forms of expression. If a person has the right to express himself he has the right to use his mind and time (= money) the way he sees best (self expression).
With financial freedom comes economic freedom. With that comes all other freedoms.
Without financial freedom you have no freedom of expression.
So your policies are self contradicting
