I don't consider holding the frequency of unconditional love, prayer. I acknowledge that it's not something I've done a lot of but it always felt like begging. I've never been able to fully surrender to any entity outside of myself.

I don't think your words need to be harsh but you need to set boundaries. You'll know what that line is when you find it.
