The NHS often fails women, but again the 'solution' being offered (the 'patient power payment') uses a model of economic Incentivisation that foregrounds 'choice' and aims to funnel payments to this NHS Depts. doing well & defund those not working as well (leaveing those unable to afford to travel stuck with underperforming depts.).
Once again, problems that are frequently (at their base) funding related are masked by notions of the 'market'.
