Since I'll be involved in this, I just need to know how we want to handle it.
I'm thinking we something documented in the github that shows what the new valueblock format that supports lnaddress and lnurlp. And maybe an explain it to me like I'm 5 sort of introduction, because I haven't kept up with a lot of this stuff, so don't really know the difference between the two and how to implement them.
