I have a question for you: what makes a coffee farm a Good coffee farm? A lot of westerners see fair trade and organic as good, which I do believe it is. But the deeper question comes from living in Thailand and wanting to preserve these beautiful lands and feed people for generations to come. How can we do this in a sustainable and kind way? Especially around coffee and cacao?
