after a little more testing:
* timeline loaded right away in 1 of 4 mastodon accounts, 1 of 1 Akkoma accounts
* upon switching back to an account where timeline previously managed to load, it can revert to spinning forever again
* sometimes timeline will load after doing something such as posting a toot
* accounts displaying the issue load fine in browser
