Just to make my point even harder: I did a 230C racetrack with KiwiFil PLA Pro (my go-to PLA), and got 29 VF (so only a tiny bit lower than 'Rapido'). Note how the failure happens: there's no weird attenuated region before major failure. This is why most 'speed' or 'fast' PLAs are a waste of money: you get basically the same flow, they just hide under-extrusion better.
