Just in case it wasn't clear, the classification I was referring to was the one I'd make as a driver. If ICE guys want to be treated like law enforcement, they should wear uniforms, badges with IDs, etc., so we can distinguish them from the squeegee guys and others whose only goal is to separate you from whatever cash you have with you.
