Again: it's not sufficient on its own, away from other people. But deprogramming ourselves from white supremacy & white settler colonial practices is a necessary part of doing the work.

So instead of accidentally being a nuisance in web browsers while feeling your feels—even if you're motivated by what feel like good intentions—maybe try to learn from other folks who've already traveled a bit down this road?
