Y'know, with the fact that the government is willing to trounce on the first amendment to ban TikTok and now SCOTUS seems primed to allow for a de facto ban on porn with these new ID requirement laws, I think it's safe to say the first amendment is actually worse than worthless. It only serves to allow for hate speech while failing to do much else.

This is the first amendment that 'free speech absolutists' actually want. They don't care about free speech, they just want to limit everyone else's speech while they say bigoted and awful things without recourse.
