Lol the Constitution isn't abstract. It's very specific. And it's the foundational document of out country. It enumerates what government cannot do. It's not some vague idea that we refer back to in an ambiguous manner. And I find it shocking that you are apparently unaware of exactly what the Constitution is, and its bedrock role in the rule of law.
