My joint was built in the 60's I think. It has a pool, close to some really nice walking trails and it's by a metro station which is prime real estate here.
I got a great view, not only am I high up but it's built on a hill. I have big picture windows along one wall. On a clear day I can see the Washington monument and the national cathedral.
Its expensive for what it is, but the location is prime. I can be in Downtown in about 15 minutes depending on traffic, but I usually just go to the pentagon an take the train.
