99% of apartments here are about that size. Only reason this apartment is bigger is because it's from early 80s. Everything constructed here now is apartments. Nobody realistically can afford anything else here because of prices going up extremely steeply. This village got ocean all around it. Beautiful green areas of trees and endless miles of beaches you can walk. People just discovered this place about 10 years ago. Spanish people usually were the ones having second residence here. But once other Europeans discovered it the competition for housing went through roof to the point it's a village without any youth any longer. Just people living here as second residence. In 90s it was filled with youth partying and having fun. My best years of my life was here. Now all that is left is joggers. Which is the favorite activity of rich people
