I am sorry for your pain. I asked until recently for some Americans in Berlin how they felt on what is happening to the US, but they didn't seem worried (yet).
I had to stay far from my family during the pandemic, so I understand how difficult it can be. I didn't mean Americans trying to unify to their dearest ones, of course.
