We all hear people say "Reach out to your admins" & all of those other things to block/approve content, but they are all volunteers with other jobs that already have a lot on their plates. Additionally, because of the idiotic & lazy nature of blocklists(a substitute for actually coming up with an intelligent solution to the problem / poisoning the minds of a moderation team at great expense), every block / add has cascading effects that often result in unintended consequences.
