They also keep transitioning out the network appliance. It use to be a java app, now it requires an Ubuntu box with community written, and arguably partial instructions. Now that's being phased out for their new network server. I swear you get maybe 2 years out of a stable build of their network appliance before they make you wipe it an reinstall it. When getting called back for customer jobs, that was the easiest way to handle it. I never really liked their cloud appliances, especially since all of them were running additional server(s).
