the pyrolytic carbon would be more tricky tho, i think it has to be plated onto steel, it has to be a material that copes with over 900 degrees without melting or seriously deforming. but then you can scrape that off, and stick it to an adhesive layer. just for fun, put a layer of gold leaf on the other side, and then another layer of adhesive, and then the tinfoil. gold adds the extra feature of blocking infrared radiation as well, so the whole stack would stop emf, the x-rays from the radioactive entropy gatherer, the carbon absorbs the EMF, and as a total stack, with a thin gold plate over the display on the device and everything else with this three layer laminate, it would be practically leakproof from any kind of signature detectable from a distance. sound absorbing material around the geiger detector coil/bulb and gold plated usb socket for power, it would be the ultimate cold seed and signer.

i forgot about how much heat you need to make pyrolytic carbon. blame it on the sleep deprivation.
