https://youtu.be/0m9o7GFAeJEi just bumped into this, i guess it's adjacent to ben davidson's space weather catastrophism, and i've heard ben say once or twice, stuff about electric universe theory, which he takes in a somewhat different direction, but i think that the underlying thesis is sound - that electromagnetic and electrostatic phenomena are more pervasive and important in both terrestrial and astrophysics.
this video takes a while in the preamble talking about the problem of "scientists" with all their papers turning out to be bullshit, a problem that is getting worse especially since covid, but what was interesting to me was he is talking about massive lightning/plasma events caused by the sun and earth's magnetic field, being the actual cause of most "meteor craters" and interestingly, implying that the pockmarks on the moon are from plasma storms.
ok, now i'm intrigued. what material is floating around the moon that can develop a strong electrostatic charge and punch giant holes in the moon, which as he points out, sometimes have groupings and patternings that imply a geometric relationship that is kinda pointing directly at the idea it was caused by a massive discharge of electrons striking the surface.
well, i know what it likely is, and that third phase of the micronova, the "black" horsemen of the four horsemen, is going to mean a shitload of dust and ionised gas is blown out of the sun (triggered by a magnetic disruption combined with a stream of dust carried by interstellar winds) would be plenty enough to explain how the moon would be surrounded by dust and plasma that could do this.
anyway, gonna check the rest of this out, because this is an idea that hadn't occurred to me - "so where is the traces of the cosmic thunderbolts?".
ahhhh.
