My deletion script does the same. They all do. We have to correct for everyone use the Mutiny blastr, which does the same thing, when broadcasting.
I'm changing mine, so that it goes through the list, finds out which kind 01 notes are on that specific relay (if any) and then only sends deletion requests for those specific notes. But this is much slower, than just blasting every deletion request for every note ever produced.
I have like 50k notes, so you can imagine the deletion spam...
