The main problem is lack of family. I have friends in the NYC area, and the aforementioned friend 4 hours from Chicago, and both locations are a solid 9 hour drive from me in TN.
I'm going to check with Northwestern and Cleveland Clinic. I know the Cleveland Clinic uses MyChart, so they'd have access to all of my medical records.
