My first walk with a 15kg weighted vest.
First, I climbed 10 floors to test my quads. Then I walked 2kms to test everything else.
In general, I feel the additional stress in the back (not in the shoulders), and during the walking in my left foot arc was really tense. Nothing to worry about, tho.
According to Mi Fitness (Redmi watch 2), my heart rate was on fire.
I like it. And I not need to spend too much time on it.
