However, recruiting shortfalls are so bad, I think it would be necessary in the event of a LSCO war. I don't think they'd press the button right away; they'd try propoganda first to get volunteers. But if that wasnt enough and we can reason it probably wouldnt be I dont think theyd hesitate to institute a draft
