I also find their fees a bit out of whack. When I use WoS I never see any routing fees for small zaps, it's always 0. Rizful on the other hand has a routing fee, plus a platform fee (What is this?), which usually come in at 2 sats total on 21 sat zaps.
It's a neat way to grab 9% fees on a good chunk of zaps on Nostr. I guess that's why they paid a bunch of people to promote them.
