all the women in both my families forever treating me as the epistemic/archetypal/stereotypical “strong,” male I have never been for a minute, the me they talk about and to is entirely a projection of their type’s only inner version of a man, against all worldly truth. They only needed a warm body to fill the role, no acting or costume required.

Their theory has been that I just don’t seem to realize I am the archetype, as you said, they think they know me and I do not. 😠
