Tolerating a tiny yappy dog is no problem. I'm specifically thinking of my FIL who had a tiny yappy dog that bites everyone on the back of the calf. He was unable to control the dog, the dog had no respect for him, so even when I brought his grandkids over the dog would try to bite them and he'd have to stand there holding it on a leash the entire visit. The dog also used the bathroom all over the house.
It's just really pathetic watching a grown man get dominated by a tiny, yappy dog.
