We're all free to BELIEVE Trump is guilty of insurrection -- I certainly do -- but it's factually incorrect to say that he's been found guilty of that by a court of law. He has not.
Congress MAY decide that, and if they did then they could also declare Electoral Votes for him worthless. That's the idea discussed in the original article they're talking about.
