Dane here & I'm still gonna have to hear a Danish law person about this because I'm not sure that's what this law means & that's a good thing; personal ID as a copyright ownership issue is a TERRIBLE idea.
From my reading the law in question specifically outlaws publishing a realistic digital likness of someone without their consent, but doesn't say that it's because they own (!) the copyright - seems more like a special case of "droit moral"/ideal rights. I'm just a layman though.
