Hard to answer because of all the variables. There’s different types of implants and different amounts of filler. I would presume the super over filled lips would feel different that the “just a little” ones 🤷‍♀️

Now I have felt a lot of fake tits for some reason and a lot of them do feel a lot harder than the real things. They have some jiggle, but aren’t as squishy
