The thing to look for is "tangential speech". Trump going off on tangents, possibly entirely unrelated, and completely losing the topic. Google it. If Trump goes through with any debates, watch for it there. I thought I saw it again and again in his debate with Joe Biden.

(In schizophrenia at least, it is likely to go off on tangents of sound-alike words, I think. I don't remember Trump doing that.)
