it's so strange to me that they'd choose to have a different compilation process for the flatpak and the rpm, but I haven't used Fedora in ages so maybe they're just doing weird things X3

I guess maybe I'm not certain.. but I would have said that I'm certain that arch is also updating runtimes for this stuff. I know aur definitely messes with dependencies to get packages working with the rest of the system.
