The solar company is coming today to do their full site survey (as opposed to the salesman's rough estimates of the size/cost/etc). Once that's done they can write up the actual contract with the final cost and timeline and such.
The bank switched our refinance status to "preparing for closing" which appears to just involve waiting for a lawyer to sign off that our title is clear and then the next step is, I think, signing a bunch of things and waiting for the money to show up.
