The Postman is a book, but I also like Book of Eli. And absent of the religious aspect of Eli, very plausible futures based on post apocalyptic events. Local power structures emerge.
Isn’t Anarchy based solely on local rule, is there any provision for a State or National authority, based on democratic processes? Instead of 50 states, a 1000+ fluctuating entities of wildly varying standards? 🤔
