capitalists and their banks just print money and buy the exact assets on the list of the FED to fullfill that rule and keep on printing and as seen in 2008, the FED as defacto no leverage to enforce any rules against banks without crashing everything. it just doesnt work.
we need the banking system until bitcoin offered an alternative, now we can opt out and end capitalism.
