Yeah the HODL mindset can really be a trap for sure. It keeps you in a view of BTC as investment, not as a revolution in money.
Haven't thought about bill payments, but I think gift cards, different types of credits, SIM top-ups, that's kind of what's first on my mind. And to have a global reach, a lot of current offers a la on Bitrefill or Fold or whatever are super US-centric.
