Thurs is normally take-out night but I am le broke so I am pulling random things out of the freezer and crisper to cook.
1. Xinjiang style dry-rub lamb ribs.
2. Brown basmati rice, flavoured with a little ghee and more cumin.
3. Charred cabbage wedges with browned butter and ras el-hanout (i.e. MOAR CUMIN!!!).
My abode is currently very fragrant.
