Even Mastodon is slowly dying. The software is bloated and expensive to run. I tried X recently too but it was shitty like you said with the censorship. Even the "uncensored" part of the Fediverse is dying. But not as bad as Nostr holy cow this is a dead social media site with only the Nostr influencers talking to each other. Looks like the infamous Alex Gleason even pivoted mostly to AI instead of focusing on Nostr.
