Raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, salads. Have all been heavily pushed in the states as health food.
I was eating a lot of that stuff.
The lean meats aren't bad for you, but they don't offer much energy.
Eating lots of fat, fatty meat, and organs now. Feeling much better. Body is warmer, and I was able to stop all my medications xD
70%-80% of my current calories come from fats atm.
