I'm alternating between two positions atm, on one hand it's a hype cycle where its benefits are oversold and its negatives are downplayed.
On the other hand it looks like it's going to shake up the job market (including my field, software development) by automating and/or amplifying output of a person by a non trivial factor.
In any case, I was planning on replacing my Ryzen 3700X/RTX3070 computer with something newer this year, guess that will have to wait until the bubble pops
