Jeebus on a bike. Vancouver East, with all the issues there, renovicting, taking housing from street peeps for gentrification, huge pile of developers and a pro developer mayor wanting the poor shuffled off to anywhere etc etc etc. I have been friends with the Vancouver Tenants Union and the Downtown Eastside residents for many years now. LAST THING they need is a pro development anti indigenous representative. And the PPC doesn't stand a CHANCE.
