Gail Slater, Trump's pick for leading the Justice Department’s antitrust division looks likely (if confirmed) to continue the anti-trust positioning of Lina Khan (at Biden's Federal Trade Commission)
If so, its going to be a unwelcome surprise for corporate America who thought they'd seen off Biden's regulatory approach to their anti-competitive activity.
But seemingly, Slater is about to gain bipartisan support to attack oligopolies & monopolies to promote competition.
