Saying he "agreed" to the three debates is a trick. He proposed a first debate on Fox News, which he wants to be the only debate.
If she doesn't do it, he'll use that as an excuse not to do the ABC one a week later. If she does, he'll say no further debates are needed after that. The ABC one isn't happening.
