Without necessarily agreeing or disagreeing with your perspective on the community, I'm curious if you think this behavior has gotten better or worse in the past 5 years or so, i.e. the 2020s vs the 2010s?

My own perception is that the culture ~10 years ago was pretty different, but at the same time I'm not sure how much better it would have been for a woman in the space at that time...
