Yeah once you fat adapt fasting becomes very easy and you will have sustained energy no matter your level of exertion.
I used to be insulin-dependent and HAD to eat in the morning. I would get shaky and extremely hungry if I wouldn’t. Raised on bullshit fake healthy cereal and wheat bread. Would eat fruit all the time and thought it was all healthy. But I was underweight and was a slave to elevated insulin.
Now my physiology has completely changed. I’m not a slave to food or insulin anymore. I’m closing in on 40 and I look my best and am at my strongest. I outwork and outplay all of the carb clowns I know especially if we’re traveling. I have endless energy, can get up and crush 10 miles backpacking no food. They’re all whining and getting the shakes. It’s an inferior way to exist imo
