Hard to believe that poor Sidney the kidney would've been receiving his marching orders on this day last week. Anaesthetist gave me a lovely margarita about 7.45am and op started about 8am. Was all finished by noon. Nurse looked up the timeline for me afterwards because i am not able to verify anything beyond the blissy margarita.
Feels weird to be home and still like myself, though an ouchier version of that just now. Good weird but still weird.
